Existing Customers

If you are an existing customers of KDP Tools Ltd and you have not received your username and password yet, please contact us and we will issue them.

How to Order

To place an order with Toolzone, you must have an existing active trade account with KDP Tools Ltd. To open an account with KDP Tools Ltd you must be trading as a retailer either to the end user or wholesaling to retailers. Evidence of reselling such as an invoice from another importer/wholesaler will be required. If you wish to apply to order Toolzone please use the  Account Application Form.

Login to the website using your username and password. Browse or Search our online catalogue and add products to your shopping basket. You can manage the quantities and contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Basket Summary' link which is always available at the top of the shopping basket.

When you are ready to place your order, click the 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of the shopping basket. Check that the contents of your basket are correct, then click the 'Buy Now' button to place your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please note items are not a confirmed purchase at this stage. Please contact us if you need to reserve items for a definate sale.

Minimum wholesale order is £100 + vat. This is based on the picked order. Below this a small order surcharge of £5 + vat is added

Carriage is not included in these prices. This is added at the invoice stage. Please ask for details.

Cancelling an Order

Please contact us as quickly as possible after sending if you wish to cancel your order. Once dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment

We accept BACS online, bank transfer or cash paid direct into a Barclay's branch. Cheques can take upto 10 days to clear. KDP Tools Ltd do not accept either credit or debit cards. Once payment is verified orders are sent out on a 24 hour delivery basis, not including Saturdays. Customers further afield outside of mainland UK please contact us for an approximate delivery time.

Dispatch & Delivery

All goods are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please check with KDP Tools Ltd at time of placing order. Goods are sent out on either standard next working day with Nightfreight GB Ltd for smaller quantities or on standard next working day with Vallance for larger pallet quantities. If an upgraded delivery is required please request at the time of ordering by contacting KDP Tools Ltd. The extra is normally chargeable to the customer.

Where is My Order?

Both carriers deliver goods up to 5.30pm each day.

There's a Problem with My Order

Claims regarding shortage or wrong delivery of an item must be notified verbally and confirmed in writing to KDP Tools Ltd within seven days of receiving your order. Claims will not be entertained after this time. Goods may well be mixed in one box so please make sure that ALL boxes are unpacked before entering a claim.

Collection

Goods may be collected from KDP Tools Ltd if required during opening hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange collection.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact KDP Tools Ltd with details of items that have been returned to you as faulty. We do not normally issue a credit note until the goods have been returned to the warehouse. Do not automatically issue a request for credit unless specifically agreed with KDP Tools Ltd. Faulty goods maybe exchanged with free of charge replacements if in stock unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Manage Your Account

Your account details are displayed for reference only, if they are incorrect or require updating, please let us know. There is no connection between the Toolzone website and KDP Tools Ltd so details are not updated for invoicing/delivery.

View Your Orders

You can view a history of orders placed on this website only. Login to the website and go to the 'My Orders' page in the 'Support' section.

If you need copy invoices or account statements, please contact us.

Forgotten Your Username or Password

If you have forgotten your username, you may request it via the login page.

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it via the login page. You must have access to your registered email account in order to reset your password. If you have changed email address, you will need to contact us.
